In-Person Therapy

Located in Newberg Oregon. Openings Tuesday- Thursday. I have specialized training working with those who struggle with substance abuse as well as adults who identify as neurodivergent.

Telehealth

Offered Monday-Thursday for patients ages 11+. For children under the age of 11 I recommend an in-person visit.

Couples Therapy

I utilize an Emotion Focused Therapy framework which is an evidence based practice for couples counseling. This type of therapy gets to the core problem dynamic couples face, validates the reasons for our patterns, and works to create new ways of being together.
